ERP Mobi is a proprietary SaaS brand operated by PRODUFY TECNOLOGIA LTDA - ME, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 53.744.790/0001-86, headquartered in Brazil. By accessing our platform, you accept these terms.
1. Plan Limits and Account Limitations
Your account access and usage limits are governed by the selected pricing plan (Free, Starter, Growth or Corporate) as defined on our official page. Usage is calculated per billed organization/tenant and active user allocations.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service or unused plan limits. After cancellation, your access will remain active until the next billing renewal date, after which the service will be terminated.
Annual Subscriptions: By committing to an annual plan, you secure a discounted rate. If you cancel an annual contract before the end of the 12-month period, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the remaining outstanding contract balance.
3. Intellectual Property and User Data
ERP Mobi acts as an integrated management system (ERP and CRM). We do not claim ownership over your customers' data, products, invoices or media files. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the collection and use of the data you enter complies with third-party intellectual property guidelines and applicable law.
4. Limitation of Liability
ERP Mobi and PRODUFY TECNOLOGIA LTDA - ME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from business decisions, data interruptions or system updates. In all cases, our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you in the single (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any legal dispute, claim or litigation arising out of or related to these services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
Privacy Policy

Data controller: PRODUFY TECNOLOGIA LTDA - ME (CNPJ 53.744.790/0001-86). This policy governs how we collect, store and process user and business information under LGPD and GDPR rules.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account registration credentials (name, email address, password hashes), organization settings, customer data, financial transactions, and manually entered notes. Payment data (credit card information) is collected and processed directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance; we do not store raw card numbers.
2. Compliance: User Rights (LGPD and GDPR)
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right to confirm data processing and access your records.
- Right to correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Right to request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data.
- Right to data portability to another service provider.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation and Security
Your company's metrics, contacts and reports are protected at the database layer. Our security rules prevent unauthorized read/write operations between companies. Only authenticated team members linked to your Organization ID hold access keys.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell or monetize your organization's data. We share email parameters with transactional delivery systems and billing references with Stripe exclusively to perform basic system operations.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We store account profiles and metrics for the duration of your subscription. If you trigger the deletion of a tenant or close your organization account, all nested collections will be permanently deleted and purged from our active indexes.

This policy describes how PRODUFY TECNOLOGIA LTDA - ME uses cookies, browser local storage and identifiers on ERP Mobi to provide security, save preferences and monitor performance.
1. What are Cookies and Local Storage?
Cookies are small text records stored on your device by your web browser. LocalStorage is a browser storage mechanism that persists after the browser tab is closed. Both are used to identify your session and preferences.
2. How We Use Cookies
Essential Authentication: We store secure session cookies generated by Firebase Authentication to keep you securely signed in while navigating between different dashboard screens.
Workspace Preferences: We use LocalStorage to remember your active Company ID so your context persists when you refresh the page.
Analytics and Errors: We use performance logs and analytics to record page errors, load times and interactions, helping us optimize the system.
3. How to Manage Cookies
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, since our session validation depends on essential cookies, disabling them will prevent you from logging in and accessing the ERP Mobi dashboard.
